This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected, used and disclosed when you visit or make a purchase on www.myteaway.ch (the "Site").

In addition, as you browse the Site, we collect specific information about the web pages and products you view, the websites or search terms that have directed you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your first and last name, billing address, shipping address, payment details (including credit card numbers using Stripe), email address and phone number. We will define this data as "Order Information".

When we talk about "Personal Data" in this Privacy Policy, we refer to both Device Information and Order Information.

SECTION 2 - HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We generally use Order Information to process orders placed through the Site (which includes processing payment data, arranging shipping and delivering invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use Order Information to:

. Verify the absence of potential risks or fraud in orders; provide you with information or advertising about our products or services, if in line with your preferences.

We use the collected Device Information (in particular your IP address) to verify the absence of potential risk or fraud and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytical data on how our customers navigate and interact with the Site, and to evaluate the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns).

We share your Personal Data with third party companies that help us carry out the activities described above. For example, we use Shopify for our online store technology. In addition, if you reside in Europe, please note that we also process your data to fulfil any contractual obligations towards you (for example, in relation to orders you place via the Site) or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests indicated above. SECTION 5 - RETENTION OF DATA

When you place orders through the Site, we retain Order Information in our records, unless and until you ask us to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our practices, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
