These "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" concern the purchase of products and/or services, made on the website www.myteaway.ch belonging to the company My TeaWay, 6500 Bellinzona, Switzerland, later My TeaWay.
Acceptance of the "General Conditions of Sale" and acceptance of the collection, processing and use of your personal data
The Customer, by sending the "Purchase Order" electronically (via the Internet) via the "Pay now" button, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in its relations with the company My TeaWay, the "General Conditions of Sale" and payment methods listed below.
Furthermore, by sending your "Purchase Order" online, you also declare that you have read and accepted all the information provided to you including the provisions on the collection, processing and use of your personal data, Please note that My TeaWay itself is not bound by any conditions other than those previously agreed in writing.

As regards the description and composition of the products, the information on the packaging by the manufacturer is authentic. Since product compositions may be subject to change by the manufacturer, we encourage you to regularly consult the list of ingredients on the product or its packaging and the information provided by the manufacturer.
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to verify that the products purchased are not dangerous for his health or for the health of other people (for example in case of allergic reactions).
The company My TeaWay assumes no responsibility for the use that the Customer intends to make of the products purchased.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are payable by the Customer only in Swiss francs (CHF). My TeaWay reserves the right to change the sales prices at any time. Product prices include Swiss value added tax (VAT), but do not include shipping costs.
Payments
The payment of the purchased products, the relative shipping costs must be made by the Customer during the purchase procedure through:

The transaction takes place online through the secure systems of Stripe which guarantees the security of data transmission according to current regulations. No credit card information is transferred to third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse a "Purchase Order" of a Customer with whom there is a dispute due to a non-payment of a previous order or other dispute.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the website www.myteaway.ch are governed by Swiss law. If you wish to return the/the products, you have misplaced your order and/or received an item you did not want, you have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility to return the product. We will accept the return of any item, provided it is in perfect condition, repaying the prepaid amount for the same. Shipping and prepaid packaging costs will not be refunded by the Customer at the time of purchase of the product.
The return of the product without the original packaging, accessories and any documentation will prevent the return of the amount paid for the same. We also do not take back products that are open, partially used, damaged or dirty.
The postal costs of returning the product to the sender are borne by the Customer.
Goods damaged during the return shipment of the product due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
Product delivery
The products purchased will be delivered via "Swiss Post" to the address indicated by the Customer in the "Purchase Order". Deliveries of the products will take place on weekdays and in the absence of special problems the goods will be delivered between 7 and 30 days from the "Purchase Order". However, failure to meet the delivery deadlines does not determine the possibility for the Customer to cancel the "Purchase Order" or to claim compensation.
The company My TeaWay reserves the right to make partial deliveries in the event that the product ordered by the customer is temporarily not available in our warehouse. In this case the shipping costs for the second shipment will be borne by the company My TeaWay.
If an item cannot be delivered by us within 30 days, the "Purchase Order" of this individual item may be cancelled by us. In this case, the Customer will return the entire prepaid amount for the same.
Any claim by the Customer for damages, direct or indirect to persons and/or property, caused by failure to complete, even partially, a "Purchase Order", is excluded.
Before receiving the postal address, the Customer must verify that the package is intact and not damaged. In the event that the shipment presents the problems listed above, the Customer must immediately notify the shipping company and the company My TeaWay in writing.
It is the Customer’s task to verify the goods at the time of delivery and to express complaints in the event of problems or errors inherent in the "Purchase Order" in question. We accept such complaints or problems up to a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods by the shipping company.
The goods will be shipped via the "Swiss Post" and the shipping costs are as follows:
. for a "Purchase Order" of CHF 34.90 or less, the Customer’s shipping costs will be CHF 9.00;
. Shipping costs will not be charged for a "Purchase Order" of CHF 35.00 or more.
For shipping to other countries, please contact us in advance for information regarding shipping costs.
For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.
In the event that the package is placed in stock (for example for absence of the recipient, wrong address, etc.), it will still be the responsibility of the customer to contact the company in charge of shipping to arrange the return of the goods. Usually after 7 days of storage, the shipping company will return the package to My TeaWay, charging us additional costs. These expenses will be borne by the buyer as well as any costs of returning the goods.
Imports
The Customer is solely responsible for all the necessary procedures for the import into their country of the products, which he purchased through our site, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force therein. The Customer also guarantees that he has previously informed and assured that the products he intends to purchase do not violate the provisions of law in force in the country where the delivery takes place or where he has his domicile.
For our part we will send the products with the usual documentation. In the event that the products requested by the Customer require additional documentation, it is up to the Customer to request such documentation before or during the purchase process.
We do not assume any liability if the customs authorities of the country where the products are delivered retain the products for checks or for lack of documentation.

Any charge, tax or duty relating to the import of the products shall be borne by the Customer.
In the case of charges, taxes or duties invoiced by anyone at our expense after the sending of the products, such expenses, taxes or duties will be requested to the Customer retrospectively through his credit card.
Orders from abroad will only be sent to the address of the person who ordered and paid for the goods.

Jurisdiction and place of jurisdiction
